💰 What's in it for you?

• $80,000 base + Super

• Uncapped commissions

• 17.5% annual leave loading

• Realistic OTE of $120K–$160K+

• Top performers earning $200K+

🎯 What You'll Be Selling

You'll partner with business owners looking to start, grow or improve their operations across Australia's most regulated industries.

Your role is to understand their goals, identify opportunities and recommend HCPA's consulting and advisory services to help them achieve compliance, sustainable growth and long-term success.

This isn't a transactional sales role—it's consultative selling where you genuinely make an impact on businesses.

📈 What You'll Do

• Manage qualified inbound and warm outbound opportunities

• Conduct discovery calls and consultative sales presentations

• Build and manage your own sales pipeline

• Negotiate and close new business

• Build long-term relationships with clients

• Consistently exceed revenue targets

You'll likely have:

• 2+ years' experience in B2B, consultative or high-performance sales

• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets

• Confidence negotiating and closing opportunities

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A resilient, competitive mindset
